As a leading UK developer and operator, we have delivered over 15 energy-efficient, renovation projects and new builds in Manchester, providing the city with over 900 luxury apartments. Design & Development

We adopt a tenant centric approach to every building that we design and build. This means you can be confident that your property will be in high demand with consistently high occupancy levels.

Sales & Aftersales

From initial enquiry through to reservation and completion, our expert team will be on hand to assist you with all legal requirements, as well as structuring and financing your investment – keeping you regularly up to date.

Investor Services

Post completion our dedicated Investor Services team will ensure your rental payments are paid on time and that you are kept up to date on the letting and management of your property.

Lettings & Property Management

Our award-winning in-house team will let your property off-plan, ensuring occupation from day one. With a 97% occupancy rate across our portfolio, and up to 3,000 enquiries a month – no one has a better success rate than us.

We are the only developer to pre-let apartments off-plan

Whilst other developers sell properties off-plan and then wait until completion to start marketing them to potential tenants, we begin letting our properties up to 12 months before completion. This means that our buildings open with higher occupancy levels, and reach a minimum of 97% occupancy after just one year of operation. Plus, with renewal rates of up to 60% across our portfolio, you can be confident that your property will be in high demand for the long term.

Our tenant centric approach

While the rest of the industry is obsessed with ‘Build to rent’ (or BTR), we describe our approach as ‘Rent to build’. Instead of focusing solely on the external appearance of a building, we focus on what tenants want - and build from there, ensuring that the internal design of a building is fit for purpose and in line with how tenants want to live. By taking this approach to development, investors can be confident that the properties they own will be appealing to the UK’s growing rental market and earn them both strong yields and high capital growth over the lifetime of the investment.
