2000 - 2005

The beginning
  • Stephen Beech buys and renovates his first property in Rusholme
  • The first office is set up in Rusholme
  • The business grows to a team of two employees and a team of builders
  • The first employees are still with the business in 2020
  • The Beech Group create their first low carbon property achieving an A rating EPC
2005 - 2011
UC APT 1 BEDROOM A VER2
Portfolio reaches 100+
  • The Beech portfolio grows to over 100 properties, with 450 tenants housed
  • The Beech Group win at the UK environment and energy awards for best energy efficient refurbishment
  • During this time Beech Holdings won several industry awards for sustainability, lettings and development

Beech earns royal endorsement
  • The Beech Group earns a Royal endorsement from HRH Prince Charles for sustainable technologies
  • Beech Holdings acquire and begin rennovation of their first building in Manchester city centre, marking the birth of Manchester Apartments, the group’s lettings and property management division

  • Beech Holdings launch investment products to the international market
  • The Beech Group complete the development of over 100 apartments
  • Stephen Beech wins Entrepreneur of the Year 2016 at the EN North West Entrepreneur of the Year Awards

  • The Beech Group receive personal congratulations from serving UK Prime Minister, David Cameron, for sustainability
  • Brand new £1m Oxford Street offices opened in Manchester city centre by CEO of Manchester City Council, Sir Howard Bernstein
