Beech Holdings is set to begin works on Deansgate South in the second quarter of 2019, following an exciting change to the planning scheme.

The residential development site was originally set to constitute 13 floors, with 53 apartments designed for professionals. Now, the site will consist of 17 floors, with 84 apartments and a proposed coffee shop on the ground floor to be operated by Beech Holdings.

The building will boast a white corium brick slip and anodized copper exterior to complement nearby proposals on Chester Road, whilst the apartments are being designed by Ombler Iwanowski Architects.
