Beech Holdings has submitted a fresh planning application for a seven-storey aparthotel off Deansgate in Manchester.
The aparthotel will feature 59 rooms split over the upper six floors of the building – averaging 10 rooms per floor. There will also be a ground-floor reception and lounge spread over 3,600 sq ft.
The plans have been drawn up with input from four-start aparthotel operator Room 2. Improvements to the plans provided by the site’s previous owner, Zagora Developments, include increasing the size of the building’s service core, switching from pre-fabricated to more traditional building methods and making extra room for a mechanical an electrical plant.
