Pre-reservation
  • Your investment journey starts by registering an enquiry
  • You will then be contacted by our expert property consultants
  • We will work with you to identify the best option for you
  • You will then pay a reservation fee to take the property off-market
Post-reservation
  • After reservation, our aftersales team will be in touch
  • We will assist you with everything from solicitors to brokers
  • Exchange of contracts will happen within 30 days of reservation
  • COMPLETED PROPERTY: You will exchange and complete on the same day
  • OFF-PLAN PROPERTY: We will send you quarterly construction updates
  • We will also start marketing your property up to 12 months before completion
Post-completion
  • Once completed, our investor services and management team will take over
  • We will arrange for your returns to be paid into a bank account of your choice
  • We will keep you updated on the letting of your property
